What is your title?
Senior Sales Manager, M Class Division.
How long have you been with Princess Yachts?
Since May of this year.
What does your role entail?
I look after the 98MY, 32M and 40M pre-sale supporting distributors, then during construction, liaising with the clients via our distributor network. I project manage the boats during construction to ensure we carry out each clients specific requirements which needs to be closely followed for each slot we build.
You joined Princess from Sunseeker, what made you make the decision to join Princess?
I was previously at Sunseeker for over 12 years and helped develop the yacht division there. The ambitious development strategy of the larger yachts at Princess and the level of investment into this development including the new shipyards made me want to be a part of this.
What do you admire most about Princess, the brand, the products and the people?
There is a drive throughout the company to build class leading boats from the very first model constructed. This ethos extends from the development department and through the production teams, which I find very exciting.
What importance do you place on the service a client receives when purchasing a Princess motor yacht, and why is this experience different to that offered by other brands?
Its of paramount importance, we need to provide an exceptional service to all Princess clients, not only before and during the construction of their new yacht but most importantly afterwards, once the boat has been delivered. Princess provides a personal touch which is sometimes lacking in today's world, but something I think is still very important to Princess.
What excites you most about the future for Princess Yachts?
In a challenging financial climate Princess Yachts is one of the strongest brands in the marine industry, this gives the company the strength to invest in new product development, and the strength of the company can give clients added reassurance when investing in a Princess.
