In early December two of our key sales and customer service personnel, Steve Dittmar and Hugh Latham, attended a Princess certified sales and service development course at the Princess Factory in the UK. At the same time Andy Clayton who heads up our Service and Warranty department attended a Princess certified service and warranty course also held at the Princess factory in the UK. These courses are designed to ensure that Princess representatives across the globe, are offering the highest level of factory trained support available for their clients. This is a commitment and investment that very few manufacturers undertake, but at Princess we embrace it, as it is all part of our commitment to offering our owners the ultimate boat ownership experience.
